Overheated and now engine shakes and sputters at low idle
Over heated my 3.0l V6 flex and had towed home.. Fixed the heater hose tee and now motor vibrates almost like I have a broken motor mount and sputters.. Drove to up the road and the check engine light came on.. Hooked it up to a scanner and sais it has a misfire on cylinder 2.. Did I warp the head or could it be something else? Can I still drive it?

Yes, its possible you blew a head gasket or cracked a head, it depends on how hot it got and for how long
Fill up radiator and leave the cap off
Start engine
See if coolant/water starts to overflow, if so see if bubbles are present after coolant/water stops overflowing
Smell the bubbles, if they smell like exhaust you have a blown head gasket or cracked head
If coolant/water just burps once and doesn't over flow then you are probably OK, probably is the key word
If so get a new set of spark plugs and install them, you may have cracked a few
Its OK to run engine, any damage is done, make sure OIL looks like oil on the dip stick, if it looks like a chocolate shake then do NOT run the engine, you have a blown head gasket

Change spark plugs
And check coil pack for cracks, small cracks, i.e. take several pictures of it and zoom in
