PCV Valve location on '04 3.0L

The title pretty much explains what I am looking for. I have over 120K and I am pretty sure the the PCV has never been replaced. I picked one up at LPS and I cant find anything that looks like the part I have.

Any direction would be helpful.

Drivers side valve cover, top, rear, large hose attached

This is a PCV Valve AND hose: https://www.ebay.com/p/Ford-OEM-Conn...4CA/1811213274

The smaller loop "hose" around PCV valve is a pre-heater, some have it some do not depends on where it was purchased new, Cold climates had them

Found this drawing, older model but location is the same: http://repairguide.autozone.com/znet...3f8021b8b9.gif

Well that explains a lot. The part that I have is a larger PCV than what is on the truck. I have the wrong part.

I took the Motorcraft PCV back to the LPS and they said the shelf location for the one I had and the correct PCV are side-by-side and it was miss picked. The receipt has the correct P/N and bin location. Stuff happens...

My truck came with the heated PCV. They suggested using the non-heated PCV and remove the wiring harness as it is intended for colder climates. I would also save about $20 as the heated one is more expensive. The counter guy walked out to my truck and popped off the clamp with his Leatherman, unplugged the other end of the wiring harness, and removed the old PCV. He then put the new non-heated PCV in, put on the hose, and reattached the clamp.

No work on my part except taking the incorrect part back. The guy at the parts store knows me by name and we shoot at the same range. He swapped out the PCV quicker than I typed up this response.
