You need to pull out distributor.

If you don't need to rotate the engine after distributor is removed then I would do this:
remove all spark plugs
put rotor back on distributor shaft
put socket wrench on crank bolt
rotate crank until it is at 0deg TDC
rotor will either be pointed at #1 or #5 at this time, doesn't matter which as long as you don't need to rotate crank again
Put a mark on distributor that lines up with rotor
Put a mark on distributor and firewall(or block) so distributor goes back in the same way

Pull out distributor

remove intake bolt

*Update* I have removed my distributor and the last intake bolt. When i try to remove the lower intake it seems to snag in the back, where the last bolt was. I keep looking and can't find anything. All the other sides i can lift up and move. But the back passenger side, does not wanna move or come off. Any ideas?
