Rough cold start

I have a 1999 Ford Truck Ranger 2WD 3.0L MFI FFV OHV 6cyl. I have been trying to resolve the problem of cold start in the morning for awhile. It will start eventually but takes some time. When i step on the gas it seems to bog down and make it worse until if finally kicks in. once its warmed up it starts great. i have changed these parts .. I had the fuel pressure checked and seems ok. if any mechanic is in the San Diego Area I would like to hire you to solve this issue
Fuel injectors
spark plugs
crankshaft sensor
fuel filter

fuel pressure regulator
fuel rail
spark plug wires
ignition coil
egr
mass air flow sensor with housing

I think your next step should be to do a compression test.

how many miles? have the O2 sensors been changed ever? im guessing the CEL isnt on? for a few bucks you can get an OBD2 wifi or bluetooth reader and then get one of the apps to read the data. Forscan or TorqueOBD2. then you can see if there is any thing that looks odd. you can post screen shots here for others to read them. and yes you need fuel spark and compression.

I would look here on the best way to do a compression test. there is a right way. when I did mine I did it the way we did it when I was a kid. know one then knew there was a correct way to do it to get the best results. are you in SD? not too cold there in the AM? good luck

Agreed on the compression test. For the price I think everyone should own a compression tester.

Also check the coolant temp sensor, its right up front.
