Running Rough....Miss

Starting a few days ago my truck has been running like complete crap. It starts right up but idles real rough. It acts and sounds like its missing. I've checked all spark plugs for spark and all is good. I replaced the PCV, cleaned the MAF and am still having the same problem. It actually runs better at higher RPM's, but getting up to speed is a slow process. Another weird problem which may or may not be connected is with my oil pressure gauge. When im driving, and my foot is on the gas my oil pressure shows normal; however, if I take my foot off the gas (to coast or brake) my oil pressure gauge drops down. My clusters check gauge pops on when the gauge shows no pressure but the light quickly goes off when I step on the gas and the gauge reads normal oil pressure.
It isn't throwing any codes/no CEL.
Any help at all would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Its not that my truck isn't gettin oil, because if it wasn't the engine would have blown by now. Im just not sure.if ithas.something to do with my engine miss problem or just a coincidence that it started happening about the same time.

I still havent figured out my miss problem. My dad thinks it has something to do with the vacuum system. I replaced the pcv and the egr is working. What else could it be?
