Engine and transmission are separate parts of a vehicle. You will need a engine made for a manual transmission. You can search for engines on Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market and Hawaii is a big place so there's definitely vehicle junkyards where you can purchase engines.

You can use an engine that came with an auto from a ranger.

Okay, would I have to make any modification for an auto engine into a standard 5speed tranny? . But I got one more question. What's the difference between flex fuel and gasonlline?

a Flex-Fuel engine is designed to run either standard gasoline, or E85 Ethanol corn fuel. basically, it's designed in such a way that the engine is capable of powering the vehicle either way. Ethanol engines came about because everyone thought that E85 was going to be the fuel of the future, but SURPRISE, that didn't happen! so the only thing there, is if you get the E85, you're basically making your truck capable of running on corn.

Not sure if the auto engines have the hole in the crank for the pilot bearing . Since your pulling the engine take a picture of the crank were the flywheel bolts up so you have a lsomething to reference.

I didn't get the auto engine yet, nor did it pull out my engine. I'm just asking ahead of time if I it'll fit and run the same, but here's the pic of my truck

i swapped auto to 5 speed on my flex fuel engine i don't run e 85 cause its hard to find but the engines are identical except the injectors they are a little bigger but it should fit either way just make sure its the same year or newer for emissions. i got my trans from lkq and I'm more than happy with it they do engines as well.
