Tuneup on my 1994 4x4 Supercab

Probably not the best time to do it with winter and snow here, but thinking of doing some tuneup stuff on my truck.

1994 3.0 supercab XL 4x4 stick shift with 164,350 miles on her.

I bought it in June 2006 with 162,200 miles on her.

Since then i have done:

1. Plugs
2. Air Filter
3. Serpentine Belt
4. Tranny Fluid changed to Mobil-1 Synthetic.
5. Brakes and rotors all around

Thinking of putting new wires on her, what are some good ones to get (dont need any type of performance ones).

What else should i do?

Fuel filter, I do mine every year, and I drive about 30-35,000 miles a year, so if you haven't done it, I would......
