Weird noise

I have a 1999 3.0 with 183k miles. When I turn it on I get a loud metal gurgling sound from underneath. I haven’t noticed anything different as far as driving goes. The noise does get louder when I give it gas. I thought at first if could be the driveshaft or u-joints but the driveshaft has no play in it and the noise continues even when the truck is parked. I’m thinking maybe an exhaust leak? What do you think?

ive attached a video of the noise hope that helps.

Not seeing the video... anyway, the catalytic converter(s) may have a loose baffle or something inside. Auto Trans? could be cracked flex plate. Worn rod or main bearings. Failing trans front pump. How's your oil pressure?

It’s an automatic transmission. Oil pressure looks good as well.

You can't upload videos here.

You need to upload them to youtube, then post the youtube link here,

Sounds metallic to me... but I have hearing aids. You need to get or make a stethoscope to see where the noise is the loudest.
