I got a used 2.9l engine from a reseller. On the lower middle of the block is this part. It's not on my old engine. Any idea what this is?? Maybe some aftermarket gauge sensor? Has a part number 7F11A stamped on it, but a search for that brings up nothing.

 

Knock sensor, for sure, only used on a few years on the 2.9l
