You definitely CAN, and it has been done more than once.

However, I ran about 10lbs of boost and had no problems. Made 213rwhp @ 11lbs of boost.

 

Where would i find a supercharger for my year? And from what im hearing it wouldnt be an easy install (then again, almost nothing is...). I think im gonna just try to get a cheap car to work on and learn with. These ford rangers just arent made for what i wanna do... Good little truck tho
