Wierd sound when cold

So this has been happening for some time now. Whenever it is below 10 degrees, my truck makes what sounds like a moderate to loud vibration near the passenger engine bay/tire. Here's the kicker, it only happens when the brake is pressed and the truck is stopped. So if the brake is pressed and the truck is still moving, no noise. Then when I stop, a loud vibration starts. It doesn't stop when I let off the brake. Only when I hit the gas it will stop. The noise doesn't happen when in park, it has to be in drive for all I know. It also doesn't seem to be harming the truck since it's been going on all winter. It just gets embarrassing when someone is in the truck with me and all of a sudden it sounds like something is going to break from it. Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply. How would I check to see if that's the problem?

Here's what it sounds like. It's best heard in the first 15 seconds.

Can't really hear it in the video.

For engine mount, open hood.
Put trans in drive and with foot on the brake rev engine a little, watch for engine movement or clunk sound.
Now do the same thing but in reverse.

If you hear a noise or see engine rise up on one side then mount on that side is bad.

How about the ABS pump being a little loose, not sure where it is located on the '99.
Noise with foot on brake would fit.

I did what you said and I didn't hear any clunks from the engine. I didnt have someone to push down the pedal so I couldn't watch the engine for movement.

I went out and tried to listen for the sound but the engine noise must have covered it up. I couldn't hear it when the hood was popped. I also took a little video of the sound again.

You watch through the gap in an open hood.
