Just in case anyone wanted to know. my rear mirror has bad shakes when driving. These new style are not the same as rest.
1. remove 2 plastic covers from the windshield behind the mirror.
2. get pliers and grab it from bottom and twist either direction, like 45 degrees and it will come out.
3. remove the screws on metal circle, i used lock tite and screw it back on.
4. put mirror back on 45 degrees and twist back on.
5. install plastic covers again.
