I just got my first oil change done on my 2024 Ranger at exactly 5000 miles. I was reading the manual and it suggests getting oil changes at every 10,000 miles. What are y’all‘s thoughts on this? How often do you get your oil changed? Do you rotate your tires every oil change?

 

Ours will get changed every 5,000 miles and tires will be rotated every time oil is changed.

 

i am trying to do the 5k miles mark so the tires get rotated too but i always end up doing it a little early as 5k still is hard to get used to.

my oldest son had run his focus st out to 10k running royal purple or amsoil. his focus st drove him back and forth across the usa a few times doing army stuff and never gave him any trouble. he finally sold it when he got a 2024 ranger 4x4 in feb of 2025 and it still ran like a top with 160 or 170k miles
