01 4x4 ranger guestions. newb

Im new to the forums. I was just looking at getting an
2001 Ranger EDGE Extended Cab 4x4,4.0L,automatic 4 speed. Its really clean theres like no scratches or anything wrong with it that I can see, but it has 192k miles on it. So my basic guestion is, is it worth buying and will it last for awhile with 192k miles already on it?

thanks I appreciate it.
