4.0 stuttering under load on start
My 94 ford ranger is stuttering under load on start up doesn't matter if it is warm or cold. The problem is intermittent. If i press clutch in fast enough it will rev up normal and when i drop the clutch it will stutter for a sec and resume normal functions. It passes koer and koeo. Tps is correct voltage. cleaned maf sensor a few months ago. Checked plugs look new still. vacuum is correct. any ideas? could it be the fuel pressure reg or the iac? how do you test if so. Any input will be greatly appreciated checking fuel pressure tomorrow.

Very Simular Problem
I am experiencing a simular problem with my 94 Ranger XLT 4x4 4.0. It stutters and seems to have no power from start off. Once you get it going and come up through the gears it clears up and runs good. Might do the same thing again once you stop. Very intermittent. New plugs and wires. New fuel pump and fuel filter. Engine light will often come on during the time it is acting up but doesn't stay on. Truck idles good. Maybe someone could help us both?
