4.0 white smoke till warmed up
4.0 white smoke till warmed up
My 2000 ford ranger with a 4.0 had a heater control valve go out and overheated sending coolant all over the engine bay ever since we fixed it it has blown white smoke but when it warms up it runs great should i just keep running it till it blows up what do yall think
Welcome to the foum
Check coolant level in radiator each morning(engine cold)
Watch Overflow tank for bubbles
Loosing coolant with no signs of a leak on the ground or bubbles in overflow tank means you may/do have a cracked head or blown head gasket, happens when engine is overheated
