95 ranger obd 1 or 2?

95 ranger obd 1 or 2?
Little confusion on whether the truck is a OBD 1 or 2. Some folks say its 1, some say 2. So which is it? It's a big deal considering I can either get a programmer, or I can't.

it's the first year they went to obd 2, but it's a hybrid of the two. my 95 has the 94 sensors in the motor, but the new interior.

Look at the emissions label under the hood that will tell you what it is.
