I talked with another ranger owner yesterday with a 4.0L and he had that set up with dual exhaust. I helped out a lot for him.

Cool, how good are his tunes? Im debating on getting a tune for the Ranger or the Mustang. I am thinking maybe getting the tune for the mustang due to my wife drives it everyday and I could get a "MPG" tune and run it on it to get better gas millage. I want to get one for both vehicles though.
I would love to get an Intake, Exhaust, Tune, Underdrive Pulley, E-fan & lift it a little and maybe a little later convert it to 4X4.

Who has the best prices on these Items? Would iit be worth it to get an exhaust made and exit out the side (similar to the Lightnings exhaust)?

ive heard that it can get really loud and droning in the cab like that. performance muffler and an exit in the stock location can increase power for fairly cheap. and how new your truck is, you can probably get away with jsut a muffler and weld it to the stock pipes

I might do that cause I mainly want that for the sound.
What kind of Muffler would you suggest with the stock pipes and everything to make a nice sound (non raspy)?

Borla and Magnaflow have been proven to net the most performance.

Magnaflow would be too raspy I think due to the straight through design. Is the Borla a Chambered Muffler? They normally sound the best anyways dont they?

I was thinkin maybe a 40 series and the side exit.
How do you thinnk that would sound. Of course I would have to bend all the pipe and stuff. How would you guys recommend setting that up? 1in2out? 2in2out? ect...?

It sounds good, if your looking for performance Flowmaster isn't the way to go tho. Just make sure to keep the stock sized pipe so you keep the same backpressure.

Running no muffler at all makes the most sound but you will lose low-end torque. Mine did anyway.
