Design of exhaust on '94 Ranger SXT with 4L

Well this is my first post on these forums. I should be getting a 1994 Ranger SXT with the 4L V6 (parents and I want to buy it but the seller has an issue with possibly selling it to a family member, long story). Anyways, I had today off work so I've mostly been reading up on rangers and what people have done to them and sketched up a diagram of how I may do the exhaust on this thing if it becomes mine.. I was thinking getting a flowmaster si/do muffler (probably something from the 40 series) and taking the two outlets and moving them out to the side before the rear wheel. I messed up a little on the sketch and the muffler is a little far back, but you get the idea... Main goal for this is to get a rich deep rumbling noise as close to a V8 as possible and second is performance. Any input is greatly appreciated.

The swept look is very nice. A few members have done it. I'm a Magnaflow fan but whatever floats your boat. You're next post should be in the Iintroduce Yourself forum. If you don't get that Ranger there are plenty for sale everywhere. You'll find one :)
Welcome to the board!

Well thanks for the comments guys. Yea, the Ranger is deffinately gonna be mine, the guy's grandson didn't want it so I'm getting Aug 3 when they move. I was considering a borla muffle but I dunno, muffler choice isn't set in stone yet and this prob wont be happening for a while since I have about.... $2k that I will owe my parents, plus insurance and gas and stuff.

this is one time i can say your being dumb...he would have a 4.0L OHV you have a 4.0L SOHC the motors sound completely different thats like me posting my sound clip for my 2.3L for a 5.0L guy to hear....and its a flowmaster not a crapmaster...people used them for years there great mufflers i pesonally think that all the muffler systems are based on personal option, potato patato...you couldnt drag my flow master away from my cold dead hands....
