i'd check your o2 sensors maybe an intake leak because its something thats causing the computer to think the truck is running really lean probably the 02 sensor stuck lean or something. you have a check engine light?

nope, no c/e light.. If the Cats were clogged, it could Mess with the o2 sensors, correct?

I dont think you will gain too much power. if your current cats are screwed up then maybe... its gonna sound great though!
