Coolant and/or water going out exhaust. Blown gasket or cracked head! '94 4.0

 

take your radiator cap off and put a glove on it, take a spark plug out and crank the engine, if the glove bounces move on, when the glove stops bouncing you have isolated were the problem is, unfortunetly its hard to tell a gasket from a creaked head without pulling the head off.
