Ok, once again having issues with my '03 4.0. Check out this video...

Anyway, fuel pump is nearly brand new motor craft unit and its operating and turning on fine. New fuel filter also. Obviously I need to check fuel pressure but I don't think fuel is the issue. What about coil or crank sensor? Any of you run into this before?

Figured it out...called my mechanic friend up and explained what was going on. He said go get the spare key and try it....fired right up! Guess the chip in the key we usually use is flaking out and tripping the anti theft. Need a new key.
