Get a offroad mid pipe and swap it in, comes time for inspection swap the stock mid pipe back in.

I have mine dumped under the bed with no muffler, its loud enough for me but isnt ridiculously loud either

I am not certain that that idea would work so well, because the newer Rangers have two cats onboard, and the vehicles are only 49 state emission legal as it is with two cats, so with one cat that is high flow, i don't know, maybe it would maybe it wouldn't
