Metal heater core lines help
Hi all, I have a 2001 Ranger XLT 4.0 sohc, and I am trying to find a part, maybe one of the techs here can help me. So on my truck where the heater core lines come out of the firewall they go into this metal tubing/bracket type of thing, it has two metal tubes and a metal bracket connecting them together, it mounts to the exhaust manifold on the bottom and the transmission fluid dipstick on the top, one of the metal tubes does a 90-degree Bend directly behind the alternator right where it hooks to another hose, (also where it blew). I just need to find out what this tubing/bracket assembly thing is actually called.. I have Google searched it every way I know how, called every part store and every dealership.. and no one seems to know what the part is, can post pictures later I am just at work now and not around the truck

Welcome to the forum
Go to Official Ford Parts Site | Buy Motorcraft & OEM Ford Parts Online | FordParts.com
Enter your VIN and try searching HVAC for your model
Dealer can also use your VIN to look up the diagram while YOU and the truck are there, so you can ID the correct part, over the phone will not work, descriptions are to vague
