occasional miss in 4.0L

Just replaced plugs and wiring ( what a nightmare). Runs much better at all speeds . However at idle I feel and occasional misfire. What item (s) should I look at now?

Run a can of Seafoam or similar injector cleaner in the gas tank
I do this once a year to get my 4.0l to idle smoother

At idle a dirty injector tip can drip fuel instead of spraying it, causing a bad mix and misfire

Also did you gap the spark plugs at 0.054, 4.0l needs a big gap
