My bank two has failed and i need a new one. Anyone know where i can just get that one converter with out buying the entire assembly? 04 4.0L

For a direct fit converter your only options are to get the y-pipe with the two converters in it. You can buy a separate universal converter but you'll have a bit of work to make it fit. Those first two are up in there pretty tight and there isn't much room to work.

Does the code actually say bank two converter or is it a bank two oxygen sensor?

 

Bank 2 sensor 2. The converter is not doing it job.

 

It could be the sensor itself too though... I'd check it before going to all the work of changing the converter.

 

It's the converter there is no change in the sensor one to sensor 2

 

If you dont get a sniff test you can run a MIL eliminator.
