Ranger 4.0L dies and then restarted after 5 minutes

2001 Ranger 4.0L Automatic 4x4 only 66,000 miles.
Yesterday going to an appointment my truck died at the bottom of the hill I live on.
Its about ¾ of a mile from my house to the stop sign at the bottom of the hill. My truck is kept in a heated garage (about 58Degree F) and it was about 20 degrees F outside. Ran fine pulling out of garage and was basically at idle all the way down to stop sign.
When I stopped for the stop sign the truck engine died. It would crank (normal crank speed and sound) but would not start.
Made a few phone calls trying to get assistance for about 5 minutes, getting no response from friends I thought I would try starting truck again before walking.
The truck started fine, did a u-turn and went back home, no abnormal lights on dash, but I thought I would check it with my code reader. INOVA 5110 showed no codes and no pending codes.

Used my wife's car for my appointment.
Got home and ran the truck around block staying close to home, left idle in yard for over 30 minutes while I loaded it with firewood. No issues, ran fine.
In the last year I have replaced MAF, Spark plugs, Spark plug wires, coil pack, fuel filter. Fuel pump and Crank Sensor were replaced before I purchase the truck in 2022.
I am at a loss as to what happened, and what I should check. I am kind of nervous this is going to occur on a busy road.

Any advice?
Anyone with similar issue?

Thank You
