Smog Time

My truck has 125K miles on it. Any tips to help me pass smog? Plugs and wires are about 55K old and air filter is a bit dirty. I don't think I will have any problems passing though.

LOL. No need. My truck barely registered on the sniffer test.

They use a sniffer test there? Where I live no codes=pass.

So I can run with no cat and pass because I have the defouler trick.

Nah. You would have to find someone that will pass it. There are so many people that will do it though you just have to shell out more money.

Also if any codes show they you get an automatic fail.

It would be cheaper to just keep the cat in the basement and swap it back on to test. 4 17mm bolts & nuts.

This is my car I'm talking about, and neither vehicle ever gets muddy - the truck is rubberized too.
