Need help with my timing chain kit

 

I'm new to the forum
I'm tryIng to find out where the dot on the top sprocket needs to beCause I got the #1 cylinder at top dead center the bottom sprocket is lined up on the right hand side at 3:00 o'clock but the top sprocket is at 9:00 o'clock where does the top sprocket need to be or is 9:00 correct I don't see any other marks then the one on the top and two on the bottom
