Timing chains loose on one side
So im on re assembley of my 4.0 doing timing chains. Used the special tools all new parts etc. New tensioner are in. But while turning it over by hand obviously there is a certain spot on both chains that are loose on one side then keep turning and they tighten back up. And the tensioner go in and out. Is that to be expected? Or should it be tight both sides all the time. I used the tensioner tool before I tightened the camshaft sprocket so it would evenly tighten the chain like your supposed to so im lost.
