What is normal oil pressure ?

Hello all, Just went thru installing lower intake gasket 99 ranger 4.0.The old gasket had failed, coolant severely contaminated synthetic oil before temp gauge climbed and I caught it. The goo was very thick.Flushed crankcase but am concerned about possible damage to lower end.Have not driven but have ran it about an hour, nothing unusual as yet but hooked up a manual OP gauge and am getting 50-55 PSI at idle to 2000rpm w/10W40 mineral.Read a lot of oil pressure related posts but have not found actual psi.Stock engine 110,000miles.
What should normal oil pressure range be ?
What is relief pressure in oil pump ?
Any other recommendations in this situation are welcome.

Thanks

5w30 is the oil spec for the engine, thicker oil will give you higher pressure numbers.

hot @2k rpm 40-60psi is the spec
