Where to buy bama

I have looked for like 30 minutes on this forum and i cant find anything regarding what website or number to call for bama tunes. I want to purchase a towing, performance and economy tune 87 octane. Anybody have any experiences with anything else? Thanks!

Abel

From what I've read elsewhere, Bama no longer does tunes for the rangers... only mustangs. I could be wrong. You could just get a SCT x3 from Rogue performance. Here:

i've heard mixed things about whether or not they do. when's the last time you had some correspondence with them?

I have heard nothing but good about Fred at Rogue Performance and had planned on going to him when the time came. I'm sure either will be good but I just didnt think they did rangers.

I last sent them an email about 2 months ago. Said they mostly deal in stangs now and that is their main business but they still do rangers

i can't email him. i don't have msn email set up and every time i try to send an email about pricing i have to set it up and i don't know some of the info. i tried to cut and paste his email addy and no dice.
imo if it's this hard to contact someone, why would i use them?

the only thing w/ bama's is they don't offer 87 torque, 87 performance, 93 performance, etc. just a tune for 87 or just a tunes 91 or 93.which kinda sucks since i'd like to choose from performance, econo or a torque tune.

sounds like a problem on your end, its not "hard to contact him" because you dont use email (welcome to the 20th century and beyond)

going with bama is fine but your reasoning is flawed.

tech@rogueperformance.com

you don't need MSN, I've used both gmail and yahoo without issues. Why use rogue? because some who have used both were more satisfied with them and you can get a custom tune for any octane. for $100 its easily worth it

you'll see once/if you get in contact with fred that its more in-depth than him just sending you a file lol. you're going to have to take readings off of your truck with your laptop with livelink and stuff to send him so the tune is perfect for the truck

i guess i dont understand why you're trying to use msn if thats not what you normally use.

and i think you can get an extra week of back and forth data logging/retuning for like $25 so I would do that if I were you just to get it refined even more.

i wasn't using msn. it came up automatically when i clicked his link. it asked if i want to use msn, i said no. then it wouldn't let me cut and paste to what i use and asked for info i didn't know.

he probably clicked the email link on the site and his computer by default wants him to use MSN. If i click an email link on my laptop it wants me to use the mail software on here which i don't use lol
