WTF!!
WTF!!
Hello guys, well today my truck started stumbeling and hesitating on wot.. I took a look at the spark plugs, which I replace maybe about 7 months ago.. Oh yea and its consuming 1qt of oil in less than 500 miles!! Stem Guides is the firt thing that came to mind...I just want to be sure of what I suspect the problem is.. 4 of them looked like these, the other 2 looked perfect. Sorry bout the pic quality, there from phone cam.

Does the truck smoke worse at first startup? If so valve stem seals are gone. Or your rings are shot. Do a compression test if you have any low numbers add a little oil to the low cly and see if it comes up or stays the same.
Ok, look at it a little better, On start up it gives a noticeable puff of bluish smoke, When reving it doent smoke but smokes when decelerating. As soon as I let off it puffs a noticeable amount too. Im leaning towards valve stem seals, hopefully.
yea it might need a valve job and id have that CEL code checked out too p0174 means that cylinder bank 2 is running lean you also might have p0171 hidden somewhere which means cylinder bank 1 is running lean
also check this website out it might shed some light on your situation
Ford P0171 & P0174 Lean Codes

Whoops !
I got dial-up and didn't wait for the pics to load . Sorry.
That looks to be either head gaskets and/or cracked heads.
The whitish deposits are cooked antifreeze.
When you let off the throttle , the cylinder vacuum increases and sucks water and oil into the cylinder via the bad gasket or crack in the head(s).
