5.0 is fitting to happen except....
i went and did some flex shots today and the body came off the frame
you can see it here

yes body comming off the frame is a problem, but its fixable

lol dude ... really .. no offence but if your body is coming off the frame I think you have a few other things to worry about before you do a V8 swap

yeah... i would go ahead and replace all your body mount bolts before you do the swap
