6.0 Powerstroke in a ranger
OK, back at it, bad finger and all.
Didn't like where the FASS was located, and found out while at SDX its better to have it closer to the tank. FASS was the first folks to sponsor anything for this truck, so I wanted it to be visible. These pics don't make it look good, but it looks sharp, and will look great when the fuel lines are run. Also did more wiring, found my upper radiator hose, and ran my electrical to the opposite side of the engine compartment to free up some wiring room.

And this goes with the fittings. Saturday delivery. Gotta love it.

And was having a hard time finding a filler neck that was 2" on one side and 1 3/4 on the other, so I did what I should have done all along. I called Joe Hellman, who is going to "Hellmanize" one for me. LOL

Alright, today, I hooked up the fuel lines from the tank to the fuel rails. We have fuel. Also got the brakes lined out, and tomorrow we will have front and rear brakes. The water injection system is in up to the intake, and the electrical is working again. Waiting on a single wiring harness, and then off to Trusted to finish off the turbo oil lines, and its ready to fire. I have to get Eric at Innovative the strategy, and he is gonna send the tuning for it. Fans should be here tomorrow for cooling, and I am getting the filler neck worked out through Joe Hellman. Only thing left to buy is a drive shaft, and that takes two days for them to make. The TS nitrous kit should be here any day, and then its hooking up the wiring to the fans, nitrous, water and then we make smoke.
Pics tomorrow. I took a bunch today, but My iphone took a dive and I had to switch it with a new one today, so no pics for you!

OK, big day the past few. Waiting on the UPS man, but we have brakes. I still ahve to clean up and route the lines different, but we can actually stop it now.

Fuel system is done, and does not leak. The fuel cell has diesel in it for the first time ever.

Well, I had to go to work last night after working on the truck, but as I was walking out the door, The UPS guy showed up......again, and dropped off this little package from Dennis and Sheila and the gang at TSperformance. Thanks guys, I like the blue bottle. This is their Powerfool nitrous kit.
