can i do this

well i want to put a card 302 in my ranger is it possable....or do i have to run EFI i found a mustang 302 FI but am thinking of switching it

You dont have to run an EFI system, but anything from a (i think 98+) 5.0 explorer will work the best with your ranger's engine bay.

you will have to check YOUR local and state laws......some states prohibit licensing a vehicle with an engine that is older than the vehicle......

yes it is possible....no you dont have to run fuel injection...

Definitely can do carb, but much easier to run Explorer 302 V8 and engine management. Literally a bolt in / plug and play conversion. I did mine in 3 weekends.
