So I have a 4.0 2wd auto, and I want to swap in a manual 5.0, keep it 2wd. As of right now I have a 5.0 and t5 from an sn95, and I'm looking as to what I would need to make this work. Is the t5 the move? Or should I pick a different manual trans. I've heard the t5 needs a lot of custom work to make work. I would prefer efi, but I can carb convert it fairly easy too if that would make the swap 10x easier (no ECU or tcu) any suggestions on transmission and drive shaft ideas?
