Stock radio was working fine. Then all of a sudden quit working. Radio powers on but no sound coming from the speakers (no static or anything). Also it can't not find a station when scanning. It will just keep scanning slowly. I put an aftermarket it in years ago and ended up switching the stock one back in.

 

Check your antenna plug on the back of the radio.

 

It reads like the tuner section is bad, or you would hear static, it might just be power supply issue for the tuner but not sure board level testing would make "cents" if you can get another stock or 3rd party radio for under $50
