Icon4 Audio Issue on 04 Ranger

I have an 04 Ranger Tremor Edition with the full BOSE audio package. I have everything original including the Radio(6 CD disc changer), Subwoofer and amp. In the recent years I wanted to start playing music off my phone but didn't have the money to put a new head unit in so I bought a FM transmitter with Bluetooth. It worked flawlessly for almost 3 years in till out of no where whenever I play a high bass song with the bass level on high and the volume a little of half way, it cuts the audio on the left side of the truck and makes this high pitch buzzing noise. To fix that I have to keep turning on and off the radio every time I play a high bass song. I tried turning channels on the transmitter but still the same thing happens. I even tried it with listening to normal FM radio and still the same thing happens.
Anybody got any idea how to fix this without spending hundreds of dollars??

Welcome to the forum

One channel(left) on the amplifier is overheating and shutting down, best guess.
So no, it won't be cheap to replace the amplifier

Bass requires the most power and generates the most heat in any amplifier, so the more bass it has the quicker it will heat up and shut down

I think the tremor system has a separate amp under the center console, it powers all the speakers and the sub

The non-tremor system had a separate amp for the sub and the radio head unit had the amplifier for the regular speakers

2006 Tremor wiring here: https://therangerstation.com/tech_li...mor_Wiring.pdf

Premium(may be tremor in 2004) wiring here: https://therangerstation.com/tech_li...Audiophile.pdf

So its important to know which system you have

On the regular speakers even though there are 2 speakers on the left channel only 1 amplifier is used to power both
