how hard do you think it would be for me to install a cd player in my ranger. it has just a tape player and radio now and i need to get some sound up in there. so how difficult do you think it would be and also my ranger has the 2 jumper seats in the back what would you think instead of seats there sits 1 sub on each side???

pick up a stereo adapter kit from walmart like $6 I think.... u can get the tool to take out the stock radio there as well, like $4, u CAN put a sub in each jumper, BUT it'll have to be one HELLUVA custom job as it's not that easy to build a box and if you jsut cut the jumper seat and stick a speaker in there it won't sound any good at all IMO. I would jsut upgrade with some 5.25" little sub mids in the front door speakers and put some tweeeters and get some 3 way apseakers for the rear. since you do have an ext cab look into a box for that and maybe hide the amp in the jumper seat area

no im not gonna cut out the jumpers im just gonna unbolt the whole seat and then build a box to hold just the sub not a box and it will be a custom job and will be quite difficult and im just not to sure how to wire that stuff. but i think that it will bump real real good. but as far as speakers i need to find some used speakers that sound good for the back speakers above the jumpers.
