Disabling Demo Mode on a Sony Xplod. Please Respond.

Can anyone help me out on how exactly this can be done? Just installed and it goes straight into demo mode.

Sony Xplod xrf5100....

Its Mals.

Thanks for any info. And yes i did google it noobs.

You have to use the remote control and use the menu function.

Go to demo mode, and select off using the right arrow key.

Any other questions PM me, I have some kind of xplod deck, I forgot which model

go under your system menu and then setup and demo mode off. thats how it is on my Alpine should be similar. Something like that

^^^I hate to tell you this, but yes.

I couldn't find out a way to turn demo mode off w/o the remote. My remote crapped out for a while (I have no idea what happened to it) and i was SOL, then after a few days it started working again...so I was not SOL

when it is off you should be able to hold down the volume *** and a list of stuff should pop up and you should be able to select off for demo, with many more options.

Thats how i did my old sony unit. And it worked
