Antenna Cable - looking for part

I need to replace the cable between my radio and the antenna. It is part Nr. 3L5Z -18812-BA. Ford no longer makes it and I have tried many internet sites and can't find one or an equivalent replacement. Can someone help point me in the right direction?

It's for a 2001 Ford Ranger XT. My original cable has corroded at the antenna connection to the point that I no longer can pick up radio stations. I can't clean the corrosion off, either.

Thanks!!

I'd go junk yard hunting for something like that. Sounds like you've already done the due diligence from the standard places. A Pick'n'pull might be the best bet.
