Pioneer AVH-P5700DVD

Hey guys,
Im in search of some help. I just got hooked up with the indash system mentioned above, and I know you can bypass the ebrake sensor by installing a switch...
So I've installed a switch going by some hints that were written in other threads, but I am still in search of some clarity. What kind of switch? I assume a single, on/off rocker? And what wire do I need to hack into to make this work?

Thanks for you help.

I was so close to buying the kenwood, but then this came along and I couldnt pass it up at the price. I guess with pioneers these days , you cant just ground it anymore.

yea, its just a grounding wire. If you ground it, it will work.

the only pioneers you will have problems with are the ones with built in nav

We've got video! I replaced the on/off switch power switch to just a toggle switch to break/open ground connections. Works like a champ.
