rockford fosgate punch 160.2 or power akcoustik mt520-2

i have a rockford fosgate 12" sub rated 150 watt and 300 watt max at 4 ohms. i read on rockford fosgate site that the 160.2 has theses specs 80 x 2 2ohm stereo, 40 x 2 4ohm stereo, 160 x 1 4 ohm mono. that sounds good for the sub, but i wasnt sure if i should be shooting for the 150 watts or the 300 watt max? the power acoustik all i could find on it was 125x2 @ 4ohms and 150x2 @ 2 ohms. not even sure it can be bridged but if it could what would it be (im guessing 250x1 @ 4 ohms). if i need to get closer to the max watt of my speaker i think the power acoustik would be my choice. i also have some kicker components k65.2 that i used to run on the 160.2 that sounded great. they have these specs,
2-way 4,500 Hz crossover network (12 dB/octave high- and low-pass)
frequency response 33-21,000 Hz
recommended power range 6-75 watts RMS
peak power handling 150 watts

im hoping that both amps will run both the sub and the components. just wanna make sure im utilizing all parts to there best ability.

thanks for the help

power acoustik is cheap and not clean power, go with RF and dont look at max power, only rms

RF will provide true rated power while the cheaper amp will probably only produce 1/2 of it's rated power.
