Sub Box for my Ranger
Sub Box for my Ranger
So guys i know some of u guys are looking for a box for 2 10's to put in your regular cab. So i plan on building a box and posting pictures of my build. My box is built for my 98 ranger single cab ranger. I plan on making the box fit so that my seats can have full mobility. I like having some thump with my music, yet i also like the pound of a good set of twelves. Plus lets all face it, i have a single cab truck and two twelves would be total overkill. So i will be posting pictures all this week and maybe a few next week. Enjoy
alrighty guys. got my subs all done up and mounted in my box. lets just say that my mom and dad dont like the walls shaking when i come home at night, so i have to keep it turned down. i have it hooked up to a rockford fosgate 200 watt amp amp and it shakes stuff off the walls when i have it on half way, hooked up in my bedroom. i cant wait to put it in. i still have to find out how to post pics tho, so that may take a while
hey, you sould take a look at my subs in my truck.
i got a 99 ext cab tho. i put 2 12s in my truck with a 1000W amp.
its a huge box!! but i got full moveable room and ive gotten pulled over from a cop who said he could hear it at the street from the mud hole over 3 miles away.
that was a huge ticket but totally worth it. and heads up dont play it with the windows up.... i broke my full back window out....

yea fines are really fun lol. i am havin trouble putin in my stereo head unit now. any advice? i have a pioneer headunit. my wiring harness is fittin like a boss. i just cant get the faceplate to line up. any ideas or anythin? it is a schoche kit btw
theres a kit you buy. its like a space type thing. if you look at this picture. around the head unit theres this black thing and you out in to take the full space of the old head unit. once you put that in theres this piece of metal thats shaped for your new headunit. put that on the new black space taker uper. and then your head unit should just slide right in with the face plate off.

im using a kenwood head unit not a pioneer so it may be different but they are preety much the same company to be honest and ill look up a kit to fit your truck. i just need the model number of the head unit and the year of your truck
