No Heat

I have no Heat.

It seems to blow outside air through and blows softer and harder when I turn the dial up or down.

I flushed the radiator and it has the correct amount of coolant.

All the hoses feel hot to the touch going in and out of the heater core.

The door and piston thing behind the glove box opens and closes when I turn from AC to Heat.

I can see the blower motor ( I blieve ) running when behind the flap/door.

I believe the thermostat is working because once the engine heats up the coolant will start flowing back into the resevoir.

Any ideas what might be the problem??

Thanks
Bob

I was considering flushing the heater core, but the in and out hoses are hot, so I'm not sure the heater core is plugged, and I do get pleny of airflow.

Both hoses will get hot even when the heater core is plugged.

Sorry I should've updated this post.. It was the "Heater Blend Door Actuator".

Very easy fix. 3 screws, a little tough to get to but not to bad. And only about $30 bucks to replace.

Thanks
