Took my ranger into the dealership today to get the inspection done, it came back failed they said I had a bad power steering rack & it wouldn’t pass inspection. Looking for any tips / videos as I would like to do this repair myself. Never have had any problems with low power steering fluid / brake fluid. The red P! Light has been on, but have never had any problems steering the truck and drive it daily. Any help is appreciated.

Not sure what you mean by "red P! light"?
There is a red brake light with a "!", it can mean the Parking Brake pedal is not all the way up or that its switch is broken
