Icon9 1996 Ranger - NEED HELP ON FRONT AXLE!

I have a 1996 Ranger XLT. 4x4 5 speed, 4.0
I bought it with a six inch suspension lift and 33 inch mud terrains.
Ever since I bought it the four wheel drive hasnt worked and it sounds like every little thing on the front axle rattles and clangs (LOUD)!

Ive checked the transfer case and hubs. they are good.
All calipers tire rod drag link wheel bearings are tight. Nothing is visibally loose.

Any info would help me out.

Thanks,
ZACH

Are the hubs manual or vacuum hubs?

They are warn manual lock in lock outs

And no I haven't checked yet I'm going to tear it apart this weekend and look. My guess is that the gears are messed up cause when you spin the drive shaft coming from the transfer case the spindles on the axle do not move at all.
