4wd not working

4wd not working

my vaccum locking hubs arent working in my 98 ranger anyone have any ideas to fix them before winter

i dont have th money for manual locking hubs

theres a mod to permanently lock in the PHV hubs

i did it to mine before i got manual hubs
hell one of my hubs is like that and the other is a manual one currently lol

oh and make sure u plug up the vacuum lines or the t-case wont stay engaged.. at least thats what i think my problem was

iont know much on the PHV hubs but is that ok for a daily driver on and off highway

yea, it just means the cv shafts and front drive shaft are always going to be spinning..

basically what its doing is making it a live axle like 01(00?)+
