5R55E lost 2nd & OD
Hello all!
My son's 2001 Ford Ranger Edge with a 4.0 has lost second and OD gear. I hooked it up to Snap On Modis and did a test drive. It showed it operating and shift from 1st to 3rd and then to 4th. It shifts good which leads me to think the pressures are fine. reverse is good as well.
Any idea's of where to start. It has about 207,215 miles. I just need it to last until December when he finishes college.
